The Opportunity: Coaching Your Way to a Career

This is a Temp to Permanent coaching opportunity. During your first 30 days, you receive focused coaching to master our systems, tools, and cleaning methods. Our goal is to help you build confidence, improve professional skills, and earn a full time position with long term stability and growth.

We do more than train. We coach. We teach habits that create efficiency, professionalism, and pride in workmanship. This is your chance to build a career, not just a job.

Our philosophy is simple: leave every space better than we found it.

What’s in it for YOU?

🔹 First 5 days: $20 per hour paid training. You are paid to learn the basics and get comfortable with our systems.

🔹 After that, Empowerment Pay with a base of $26 per hour for billable cleaning hours during your 30 day coaching period. Your effort and performance directly impact your earnings.

🔹Earning potential of about 880 to 1,200 dollars per week with Empowerment Pay plus tips. Your consistency and excellence are rewarded.

🔹 Monday to Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, with optional Saturdays. No nights, more predictable rhythms for your life.

🔹 Weekly direct deposit pay for consistent and reliable income.

🔹 Paid vacation(after 6 months) — because we know you need to recharge!

🔹Performance based raises and promotions, along with fun awards and team recognition events.

🔹Solo cleaning positions with full autonomy, supported by a caring team and clear systems so you can work independently, safely, and confidently.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹Follow our proven Speed Cleaning method to deliver consistent, high quality results in every home.

🔹Clean thoroughly and efficiently, including tubs, toilets, showers, fixtures, furniture, appliances, floors, blinds, baseboards, trim, and doors.

🔹Take pride in quality. Inspect your own work and reclean when needed because “Excellence” is our standard.

🔹Use our scheduling and reporting app to track jobs, share notes, and maintain communication.

🔹Maintain and care for your cleaning equipment so everything stays tidy, professional, and ready to go.

🔹Respect clients’ homes, privacy, and pets while maintaining a calm and caring presence.

🔹Has the discipline to follow systems, stay consistent, and maintain high standards without cutting corners.

🔹Is detail oriented and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

🔹Is reliable, trustworthy, and takes responsibility for their time and performance.

🔹Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.

🔹Takes ownership of results and is willing to grow through feedback and coaching.

🔹Presents a professional image with uniform, attitude, and communication.

🔹Embraces our Fresh Start Campaign and takes pride in being part of something bigger than themselves.

Required Minimums

🔹Valid driver’s license and a solid driving record

🔹Own a dependable and insured car.

🔹Smartphone for scheduling and communication, and we will train you on the apps we use.

🔹Ability to receive pay via direct deposit.

🔹 Comfortable working around pets.

Job Location: Baltimore, MD, with local travel to client homes required.
